A blue glazed ceramic plate. It measures 19 cm across. It has a backstamp for the pottery and is also signed. I think it is O Hughes and the O has a gap otherwise it is a C. There is some minor wear to the surface. On the back on the edge there are some tiny gaps in the glaze. Please see all the photos. Will be sent by Royal Mail.
