This is for a porcelain handled basket. This basket is hand painted by the Pickard Company. The interior and the upper part of the exterior is heavily encrusted with gold. The lower part of the exterior is hand painted in a blue pattern. The blank was from RS Germany. The basket measures 7 1/4” X 5” X 3 1/2” tall. There us a small flaw in the interior coating ( see pictures).
