I am not an expert on stuff like this. These came out of a high end estate. They do not glow under black light. The color is shown in photos They're really nice quality, clean and very solid. It does look like each base has a small chip on it as shown in photos. Unless that's from the factory I don't know. They seem to be very quality and sought after
