Beautiful matching pair of vintage Japanese porcelain vases, both marked JAPAN to the base. Each vase features a pretty romantic courting-couple scene, pink lustre upper section, twin gilt scroll handles and delicate gold floral decoration. The lower sections have an attractive pearlescent/iridescent lustre finish. A lovely decorative matching pair with lots of vintage character, ideal for a mantelpiece, display cabinet or vintage interior. Both are in good vintage condition overall with age-related wear to the gilding and decoration in places.
