This is a wonderful pair of vintage Mottahedah covered boxes. They are lambs complete with curly wool. They were made in Italy circa 1960’s-70’s. The boxes are made of ceramic with a high gloss white glaze with a touch of light gray. Both are marked “Italy”on the bottom and one of them has its original “Mottahedah sticker. Both are in very good condition, no chips, cracks or repairs. They are very slightly different sizes and form. Both are numbered with matching top and bottom numbers. They measure about 6” long by 4-1/2” by 3”. A fine pair of vintage Mottahedah Italian pottery seldom found in pairs in this condition. If you need additional photos or have any questions, just ask.
