Beautiful pair of vintage ceramic ashtrays made in Japan, dating to approximately the 1940s–1960s. Featuring hand-painted floral decorations, decorative brown scroll borders, and a crackled glaze finish. Each ashtray has two cigarette rests and retains its classic mid-century vintage charm. One ashtray is rectangular and the other square-shaped. The underside of one retains the original “Japan” export label. Both pieces show age-related wear, light crazing, and minor imperfections consistent with vintage Japanese pottery. Great decorative pieces for collectors, smoking memorabilia, cottage decor, or mid-century interiors. Condition as in photos.
