A pair of Victorian cabinet plates in great, antique condition. Each of the four rim cartouches on each plate have different floral designs so a total of eight unique paintings. The gilding is generous and superbly applied with a mixture of stylized swirls and floral/leaf motifs. The maker is probably Ridgway, however apart from a number there are no other marks. The diameter of each plate is 23 cm.
