This pair of large Victorian bisque porcelain continental boy and girl figures are exquisite antique figurines from the Victorian (or possibly earlier) era. Handmade with a matte finish, these multicoloured figurines showcase the intricate art pottery production style of the era. Produced between 1850-1899, these original pieces are a charming addition to any decorative pottery or ceramics collection, showcasing the craftsmanship and elegance of Victorian design. Possibly German in origin, but no makers marks are visible. The only damage I can see to the boy is his fingertips, which is barely noticeable. The girl has a few more areas of damage/repair which I have tried to show clearly on the photographs. Again, these are not really noticeable when on display.
