This ceramic plate celebrates the 400 yr anniversary of a Royal Charter being granted to Newbury in 1596 by Elisabeth I. These plates were handmade at Julian Bellmont’s, High Street Pottery in Kintbury, Berkshire. Julian had previously worked with Alan Caiger Smith at Aldermaston Pottery from 1979-93. This example marked 130 of 200. No chips, cracks or scratches and is in as new condition. 26.5cm diameter . Can be wall hung using the two hanging holes on the foot. Posted free within the UK.
