This listing is for a 1920's dog dish produced by the Nelson-McCoy Pottery in Zanesville, Ohio. The dish is ringed by raised elephants marching tail to truck. The dish was produced as a dog dish but could double as a planter. The dish measures 8 1/2" across the rim and is 3" deep. The dish is in very good condition. One spot is missing the paint and glaze and has a tight hairline above it up to the rim. There is no other damage.
