Native American Horsehair Hand Carved Turtle Pottery. Turtle with hand carved scene on its shell. It looks like there are lots of cracks on exterior, but these are the decorations left behind by the horse hair used. There is a crack on the inside (see photo) from when fired, it doesn't go through to the exterior. The turquoise stone on the top is also part of the decoration by the Artist.
