I have added several pictures, he stands up on his own, due to the shape since he lies down as well he stands with a forward leaning stance but is sturdy so could be displayed either way. The original sticker is on his boot, I am not familiar with Murano at all so will try to describe anything I notice that could be a flaw, there are only a few notes and I do not know if these are actual defects or the way it was made.
