Lovely multicolored vase appears to be filagrana technique. The blue, gold, green, and red are wrapped beautifully, this continues all the way to the pontil. The gold vein in the vase really sparkles. The neck of the vase is ground. The canes can be felt as slight ridges in this piece. No chips or cracks in very good pre-owned condition.
