This beautiful item is generally known as Murano although copies have been produced by other companies, however my search seems to indicate it is Murano. Turquoise, green and grey, it stands 29.5 cm tall and resale value tends to be around £40-£90 so this piece is a bargain considering it is in perfect condition and will be packaged with care.
