Vintage Marano, Italy bowl, conte controlled bubbles, white and cobalt blue fountain flower art glass paperweight. This is a gorgeous art creation with a blue bottom that really stands out against the bright white flowing fountain flower petals. Some of the petals have controlled bubbles situated within them and one huge teardrop pedal in the center. This piece is in good condition with no chips or breaks.
