A very colourful and beautifully shaped Bizantino bowl in excellent condition, decorated with silver leaf, patches of copper aventurine, white zanfirico lattice filigree, twisted ribbon canes and multicoloured murrines. All surrounded by an outer casing of green glass. With it is a pestle/ snuffer, also from the AVeM group, but with different components and colours. The two complement each other, but are not a pair. The pestle/snuffer is a rare item by itself, and the size is compatible to the dish.These are lovely pieces with no cracks, chips or scratches and the bowl is translucent when held up to the light.The bowl weighs in at 436 g , and is approx 12cm x 11cm x 4cm highThe pestle/snuffer weighs approx 93 g and is approx 11cm long
