I found this amazing rare Miltonvale planter at an estate auction. I grabbed it due to its fabulous mid century shape and only discovered its scarcity when I got it home and began researching. Miltonvale Pottery was a ceramic maker in Miltonvale, Kansas from 1949-1956. A short production run for this regional ceramic maker makes this piece a rare find. The clay used in their productions was also local to that area in Kansas. The bottom of this piece reads Miltonvale 601. Condition: great condition no chips or cracks Measurements: approx 8.75" H x 8" L x 3" W
