The crystal is clear. It is heavy. It is quality, It could be any of the big manufacturers based on what I can find. Someone that knows what they are doing might be able to identify but I found nothing. There is a chip on the bottom. Please see photos. It is a very beautiful piece and there are no other flaws. Please see photos as for the condition. If my price is not correct based on you knowledge please dont hesitate to clue me in.
