Michael O'Keefe Signed Numbered Limited Edition Paperweight on base sculpture

Paperweight or Sculpture. The rim edge looks more cobalt blue. And the sculpture is luminescent. This piece was signed on base of disc but then glued onto base. Was very hard to photograph, you need a magnifying glass to really see it.
