In Greek mythology, Medusa, one of the three Gorgon sisters, sported a hairdo of serpents and the mere sight of her could turn a man into stone. No worry here, as she's close to stone herself...but pity the poor mouse who's just become lunch! This high-relief tile is hand pressed in stoneware and glazed to emphasize its sculptural dimension. Tile measures roughly 5 and 5/8 inches high by 5 and 5/8 inches wide and is about 5/8 of an inch thick at the edges to about an inch deep at its thickest point. It is notched on the back so it can hang on a nail.
