Excellent condition. New with tags. Cobalt blue base color with iridescent purple and greenish gold. Although this ornament is bell shaped it is not an actual bell. Signed LS '96 on the hook/hoop. 4.5" long 3" diameter. Please review the photos carefully and ask any questions.
