This is a superbly decorated fine quality paperweight of the Striped Dolphin from Royal Crown Derby which was made in a limited edition of just 1500 pieces for Connaught House in 1999 (this is number 750) which is signed by Sue Rowe to the base along with the iron red factory mark and gold stopper denoting a First quality item.
