This is a Lomonosov figurine made in the St. Petersburg factory in the old USSR. It is a brown bear made of porcelain designed in 1972 by soviet artists P. Veselov & B. Zvanov. There are no marks on this piece which could be because it was sold locally near to the factory where made so they have not applied the 'Made in the USSR' necessary for export. It is in tip-top condition.
