Theodore left to establish his own firm in 1892. Charles Edward continued Haviland & Co. until his death in 1921. The underglaze mark (in green) on this is mark R (from the havilandonline website) which was used from 1962 & grey decorator mark s used 1958 makes this piece 1958-1962.
