Lovely Limoges Wm. Guerin finger candle holder. This piece is 7" in diameter and 3" tall. It features delicate hand painted orange Poppies or Sweet peas, with a soft pastel impressionistic background and scalloped beaded edges, trimmed in gold. The mark dates this piece to the 1920’s-2930’s. Most likely imported from France and hand painted by an American porcelain artist. This gorgeous piece is signed by J.A. Kelley. This piece appears perfect with no chips, but I think I have discovered a hairline crack. At this point the piece seems solid. The hairline can be seen from both top and bottom of piece. This is such a sweet hand painted piece worthy of protecting from further damage. See magnified photos.
