This vase is very pretty, Cobalt Blue color with raised 3D ridges and raised Floral accents. Footed. Heavy thick glass! I believe this is LE Smith, it is unmarked. 7" tall. 6.75" across the top. Excellent condition but does have a chip on the bottom of the base, see photo. Chip is not noticeable when the vase is upright.
