This is a handmade piece of pottery created by Laura Ross. It believe this vase/vessel/urn (with lid) was created in the 1980"s. It stands 8" tall including lid and is 4 1/2" wide. The colors are lovely blues, greens and terra cotta with gold highlights and lots of asymmetrical lines. The lid is uniquely her (Laura's) style from what I found of her other work. Very unique and gorgeous piece. Great as a collectors item. I think it is in very good condition. There are some marks which I cannot really determine whether they are meant to be there or not. But definitely no cracks or chips. Someone previously did put a type of white putty on the lid. I took most of it off but can send it with the urn if you want to use it. This is an amazing piece of pottery. Thanks for looking.
