Large Italian cobalt blue decorative bowl 11 inches/28cm diameter. A beautiful large vintage fruit or serving bowl in a fabulous deep blue, similar to Bristol blue glass. This piece is shaped as a flower with four large petals so that the upper rim is scalloped. Size 4 inches/10cm tall, 11 inches/28cm diameter. A substantial and weighty piece for your collection. The base has slight rubbing from usage. There is a 2cm faint scratch on the outside lower surface of one petal and a few minor rubs as shown in the photos. These do not detract as they are not visible when looking at the bowl from above. There are the remains of the word Italy which was originally stamped on the base.
