Rare Large Antique Delft Porcelain Wall Plaque, mounted as a Sconce with 5 arms. The porcelain plaque is hand-painted in blue and white with 1800s gentlemen, horses and Northwind face . The plaque is mounted on a sturdy dark-stained wooden base. The sconce has not been electrified. It takes 5 candles.
