Jozefina Krosno Art Nouveau Pedestal Bowl – Three‑Stem Marbled Amethyst Glass

£19.99

Krosno is a medieval fortified town in the south-eastern tip of Poland, where high quality glassware has been made for hundreds years. Many of the glassmaking companies based there have been in operation for a century or more; Jozefina, established in 1980 by Jozef Jankowski and now run by his daughter Ella, is therefore a relative newcomer - however, during that time and especially under Ella's directorship, the company has risen to become one of the best-known glassmakers in the region and its products are exported to more than 42 countries around the world. Ella is also the chief designer and her art glass has become popular with collectors around the world.
