Unfortunately I'm unable to attribute the signature to any artist. I've seen many Jersey pottery pieces but not one like this. Unique and in good condition there are no chips or cracks. There is age related crazing but nothing major. Your dish will be well packed. I sell lots of glass and ceramics on eBay and as you can see my feedback is good. Any questions please ask.
