This product is a very rare J & G Meakin Arcadia Sol Chinoiserie soup bowl, dating from circa 1910's It has makers stamp with unusual feature of sun with pair of eyes and Registered number 391413.This decorative hand painted piece of pottery piece features a glossy finish and a multicoloured design in a Chinese style, making it a unique and collectible item for enthusiasts of vintage ceramics. In extremely good condition considering it's age of over 100 years. Diameter 25cm Depth 4cm Weight 509g Some crazing inside bowl and on reverse due to age.
