Originally designed in 1996, the Ruby Bird is one of the more recognizable pieces in Oiva Toikka's glass bird collection for iittala. This rendition takes the color into a deeper cranberry-red, flecked with iridescent glass specks that catch the light against the body's mirrored finish, which carries through to the slightly tilted head and beak.
