Vintage ICGA Commemorative Carnival Glass Paperweight This is a beautiful iridescent glass paperweight issued by the International Carnival Glass Association (ICGA). These collectible 3.5-inch disks were produced in the late 1960s and early 1970s as special convention souvenirs and gifts of appreciation for members. Features a raised, embossed tankard water pitcher in the center. Finish: Vibrant marigold iridescence with rainbow highlights. Excellent vintage condition.
