This is a vintage glass figurine of a horse known as the "Oscar Plug Horse" made for the Heisey Collectors of America (HCA). The figurine was made by Imperial Glass using a Heisey Glass mold. The "HCA 80" marking on the side indicates it was the annual collector's piece for the year 1980. The purple color is often referred to as "Heather Purple".
