Heavy Green glass bottle stopper. There are pattern lines going from top to bottom on the stopper, hard to see in the photos. The original manufacturer is unknown, but these Empoli style stoppers look very similar to the work of "Diana", or Blenko.
The Heavy Vintage Green blown glass stopper, Diana/Genie style, would be a great fit in a tea room decor or a vintage inspired bar setup.
