This is a Harry Boyer hand blown art glass paperweight. It is approximately 3 in wide, 3.5 in tall. It has a beautiful pattern of swirled blue, yellow, glittering brown, and white complemented by a fascinating swirl of controlled bubbles. It is signed by the artist. Harry Boyer studied art glass under Dominick Labino, a well known glass artisan associated with Murano. Boyer perfected his skills as the resident Glass Artisan and Glass Blower at the Sauder Museum in Archibald, Ohio for eight years prior to opening his first studio in Toledo, Ohio. This piece was crafted at his final studio in Harbor Springs, Michigan. This has only been on display and the piece is in excellent condition with no chips, and hardly any wear on the bottom.
