This is a very nice little trinket box with a mirrored base and 5 glass sides all hand painted in an Art Nouveau style. The frame is non precious metal but the glass has been delightfully decorated with swallows, dragonflies and irises. The box measures 6cm by 6cm and is 4cm tall. The lid is hinged and it has a blue felt protective base. It comes in a presentation box which has unfortunately suffered aging damage to the lid. It comes with a little certificate stating that it was made in Annan in Scotland.
