Made by Egermann sometime 1990’s, never used and in the original factory box. It’s called gold ruby glass because gold is used to color the glass red. Hand blown glass and hand decorated with 22k gold and hand applied enamel flowers 5 1/2” tall, just under 3 1/2” diameter at the base
