Hall China Ashtray or Ring Holder in Cobalt Blue. Has the round Hall Mark that began in the 1930's. The color is cobalt and gold and is in a clover or quatrefoil shape. It measures 5 1/2 inches across at the widest point. It does show some signs of wear and there is a little gold smear as seen. Overall the gold is excellent and the piece has no damage.
