Offered is a beautiful redware plate with mustard and green slip done in a stylized crosshatch type pattern and finished with a coggled edge. It is about 8 1/2 inches in diameter and was made in 2002. Impressed with the warning about lead in the glaze and Mary Spellmire Shooner - she rolls the clay - and Shooner American Redware. Also incised Greg Shooner 2002. Has an old price tag of $122.00.
