It does have some marks and stains from general use. it says on a sticker genuine Lead crystal over 24% pbo made in western Germany. the ringer inside is a glass ball with 4 other small balls. In full working order. The base of the bell has a frilly rim as shown in the pictures. It is very decorative. It is approximately 13 cm tall with a diameter of approximately 6.8 cm. sold as seen.
