Estate find. Said to be Fostoria but it is unmarked and I have not found an identical bell to compare. It does resemble Fostoria's Christmas bell, but this bell has no etching, just a swirled crystal glass bowl with a twisted handle. The clapper is also crystal glass. The overall height is approximately 7".
