Here is a candle holder made by Foltz Pottery in Pennsylvania. The candle holder is a chamber style candle holder or made out of a jug styled container. The piece is in excellent used condition, it is just under 9" high and about 6" wide at widest point. There is an insert for a candle inside the holder. Bottom is marked Foltz Pottery Pa 1983.
