I have never seen this style of handpainting on a Fenton vase. It seems to include leaves and rope which could be related to the regal theme of 90s decor. The glass starts in a colbalt blue at the base, fades into purple and finally violet at the trumpet opening. This piece is signed by S. Fisher. No cracks or chips. The paint is not faded or scratched. 8 inches tall 3.5 inches wide
