It is hand painted in a fun and spooky Halloween design with a scary black cat with a spider and web on his tail, orange and black pumpkins and stars in the sky. It stands about 2.5" tall by 5" wide and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or damage. It is signed by Fenton artist and designer M. Kibbe and numbered #32/100.
