Item: This is an adorable glass opalescent bell all ready for Spring. On the front is a hand painted smiling daisy with a cute little bee flying above it. Printed on the bell is, "Those who love the lord shine as the sun." It has the original Fenton foil label. It also has the "F" on the inside as well as the artist's signature. It was hand painted by, "Janet A Dowler" & is signed on the inside. She worked for Fenton from 1996 to 1997 which helps date the piece.
