A beautiful pastel aqua blue ruffled bell that is iridescent and has opalescent ruffles. It was hand painted in a beautiful winter scene with some “sugared” snow and berries on the back by S Waters in 2005 for the 100 year anniversary of Fenton. It stands 7” tall. Lovely condition.
