Piece has no chips or cracks. Paint is in excellent condition. Brass frame shows some wear scratches. Please note piece tips forward in frame. It does not come out but is loose. With frame measures 4.5” long and 3” wide. Signed by artist, 1st in series, original Fenton sticker, and has F mark on frame
