For sale we have an extremely rare Ruskin Art Pottery vase stand. It dates to the first half of the c20th and has an impressed 'Ruskin England' and what looks like '1930'. It is covered in a rich, speckled, semi matt glaze in blue. It is a heavy piece weighing in at 600g. It measures 1.5 inches high, 5 inches square, 6.25 inches on the diagonal and 4.25 inches in diameter where a vase would sit. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. There are few underglaze firing flaws to the underside and a pimple in the glaze to the top under there the vase would sit.
This product would be a great fit for collectors of Victorian and pre-modern art pottery or enthusiasts looking for rare and original pieces.
